Despite the global health crisis our local market remains in high demand and both prices and sales have outpaced 2019 levels despite shutdowns, quarantines, travel restrictions, remote work and social distancing. We have proven our resilience on the negative impact of COVID-19.  The latest predictions according to Danielle Hale, chief economist for Realtor.com is that the housing market will stay strong and prices will continue to rise throughout 2021.
