Born and raised in North Carolina, Eileen moved to the Tampa Bay area as a teenager and graduated from Seminole High School.  She began her real estate career in 1985 in Hernando County working for a small family owned firm in Brooksville, Florida selling acreage.  After a move back to Pinellas County in 1986, she transitioned over to an accounting career spanning over three decades working in the banking and mortgage industry as well as Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital in downtown St. Petersburg.  Married to her husband, Rick, for over 48 years, she gained invaluable knowledge of the five county area (Pinellas, Pasco, Hillsborough, Manatee & Sarasota) helping out with their family owned residential and commercial well drilling business, Citrus Park Well Drilling.  She also brings years of hands-on experience buying, renovating and selling properties in the area. Eileen maintains a very healthy lifestyle including six mile daily walks and in her spare time, she and her husband enjoy exploring in their 35ft RV and fishing.
